Today I have no excuse not to write down the short sto­ries and book chap­ters that I’ve had flit­ting around in my mind for years.

Well, that’s one rea­son I built and launched this web­site. The other rea­son is more prac­ti­cal: I want to show poten­tial employ­ers what I can do in the realm of web design.

In a way, the two rea­sons can­cel each other out. As long as I’m an unem­ployed holder of a master’s degree, I’ll have PLENTY of time to write medieval fan­tasy. But I don’t want to stay unem­ployed very long.

I guess the mes­sage here is, Hire me! or fail­ing that, enjoy the stories.
